Dream & belive

Hello my sweet friends. It's time for a new challenge over the Paper Makeup Stamps Digi Makeover challenge blog. This week our very talented Carla made us a fabulous sketch to follow. Here you can see my take on the sketch. I used PMS sentiment Dream Big - Accomplish as a focal point.

I kept the card simple. On designer paper are digital stitching and I inked the edges with distress ink. Flowers are toned with same ink and I spritzed some Perfect Pearl mist on them. I also added some frantage embossing enamel to corners of designer paper. The frame around sentiment is popped up with foam tape.

Because card is simple I had time to make a matching envelope for it. I did some masking for place to write an recipient address and stamped notes to the envelope. Same stamps was also used to decorate the inside of the card.

Materials used:
Stamps: Paper Makeup Stamps -
Dream Big - Accomplish; Hot of the Press - Just a note (inside of the card and on envelope)
Inks: TH Distress ink - Worn Lipstick
Papers: Bearly Mine Design - Roses Dreams; White paper from my stash
Dies: Spellbinders -
  Label Four Small;
Memory Box - Virtuoso Music, Fabulous Phlox
Embellishments:
Stampendous embossing enamel - shabby white; Viva Decor Pearl Pen - Ice White; Perfect Pearl Mists - Perfect pearl

Birthday hello

Hello my friends! I haven't been very active in blog-land lately. I hoped because I have a vacation I can devote more time on my crafty on-line friends but it hasn't happened yet. One week is gone already from my vacation. It was really busy time. I tell you a secret. Something is changed since last Monday. I'm a year older now. Oh boy, I don't even want to think of the number that comes next year...
Enough from that. It's time for a new challenge over the Paper Makeup Stamps Digi Makeover challenge blog. This week we have another easy challenge: Color it. All you have to too is hand color a digi image and you can win some adorable digis from PMS shop.

I used lovely Chatty Cathy Fairy on my project. She is colored with pro- and flexmarkers. I made another post-it notes holder with easel card on top. I truly love to make these. It is like a gift and a card at the same time.

I had some troubles with making it. I just couldn't decide what i want. I made the base of it and easel stand and i was really happy with it. But then I started to put together the front of the card, I stopped and thought it is too big for it. So I made a regular easel card instead. After the card was ready, I decided that the front panel would be nice on my note pad holder after all. So I destroyed my card and clued the front panel on notes holder easel. In cases like this, I wish i hadn't use so strong clue. I loved the easel card too but this one is much better :)

I love Cheery Lynn Design Fanciful Flourish die. Last month I made my own stamp from this die for a wedding card (which I haven't shared yet). The stamp came out fantastic. I stamped it with Versamark ink to the first sheet of post-it note paper. It makes the inside a bit more prettier :)

Materials used:
Stamps: Paper Makeup Stamps -
Chatty Cathy Fairy
Coloring: Promarkers, Flexmarkers
Inks: Memento - Angel Pink, Versamark

Papers: Bearly Mine Design - Roses Dreams; White and pink papers from my stash
Dies: Spellbinders -
Radiant Rectangles, Floral Ovals, Label Four Small; Cheery Lynn Designs - Fanciful Flourish Right; Marianne Design Creatables - Flower & leaves LR0106

Punches: Martha Stewart - 3 in 1 Classic Butterflies
Embellishments:
Ranger Stickles - Crystal, Cotton Candy;  Special Delivery by Helz Cuppleditch Gems - Snowflake; Ranger - Glossy Accents

Hello my sweet friends. It's Monday and it's time for a new challenge over the Paper Makeup Stamps Digi Makeover challenge blog. This week we have a fun bingo board to inspire you. So choose the row and digi image and join with us.

I chose diagonal: Gems, emboss and die cuts. The digi image is lovely Moody for Dragonflies. I colored her wit pro- and flexmarkers and added stickles to flowers and dragonflies. I also added Glossy Accents to dragonflies bodies and center of flowers. Gems ware clear but I colored them with yellow marker.

Background is made my self. I stamped lace with clear Versamark to white paper and embossed it with clear EP. After that I inked paper with yellow ink. Nice and easy pattern paper :) I also punched little holes with paper piercer and draw "stitching" with gel pen.

Vacation

Hello my friends! Finally it's July. It's my favorite month of the year!
It's Monday, and like any other Monday, it's time for a new challenge over the Paper Makeup Stamps Digi Makeover challenge blog. This week theme is Vacation

Sentiment: Congratulations
I made this card red-blue and white in honor of my American friends. It's a bit early, but 'cause I'm without Internet connection on July 4th, I'll say it now: Happy Independence Day! We celebrate 4th of July every year :) It's my moms Birthday. This year she decided that she wants to get a year older in Sweden. So that's where we are going. We take a short cruise over the Baltic Sea.

I used Jack Fairy on my card. It is so fun to build stone towers on the beach. I thought he is suitable on vacation theme  Birthday card. He is colored with pro- and flexmarkers. I added some stickers to his wings. Pattern papers are all made by me. I also added digital stitching's to them. Stars are cut out with scissors and I covered them with Glossy Accents. Very simple card.

Stamps: Paper Makeup Stamps - Jack Fairy

Coloring: Promarkers, Flexmarkers

Inks: TH distress ink - Tea Dye
